Office Fit Out and Refurbishment Project Management
A preliminary program of works summarising all elements from site measure, ordering of materials and manufacture through to installation and handover is submitted to major clients upon knowledge of dates required. Our management systems are integrated and based on our use of project management software for Project management requirements.
Complete Project management
Iken offers total project management for smaller workplace fit outs and refurbishments. In these projects Iken manages the complete fit out or refurbishment, providing full documentation and reporting.

Where total project management is required for medium to large workplace fit outs and refurbishments, Iken can assist clients by providing referrals and contacts. Having substantial experience in the industry across all states and over many years Iken has dealt with most, if not all, project managers operating in Australia. |
