This weekend saw Iken Commercial Interiors launch their first Melbourne showroom at Saturday in Design. Over 2,400 visited the vibrant space, showcasing unique designs from local and international manufacturers including Gispen, HÅG, Kusch + co, Martela and much more.
Celebrating the opening, Iken welcomed guests to a quirky high tea party, where they were greeted all day with decadent sweets, fairy floss and pink sparkling…It had them coming back for more!
Guests were also the first to see Iken’s latest addition to their product range, FutureWall, having entered into a national distribution agreement with Intanova Pty Ltd. The system enables the maximum re-use of materials, for simple and fast reconfiguration of office interiors.
“We are very excited by the prospect of adding the FutureWall System to our exclusive workspace solutions portfolio,” said Iken General Manager, Matthew Power. “We haven’t seen anything in the market that can successfully balance the parameters of cost, aesthetics, adaptability, and sustainability like this system can…it’s truly a unique building platform and a welcome, value added addition to our current range of unique furniture offerings.”
Iken are thrilled to be situated in Melbourne’s design hub, Flinders Lane, and look forward to seeing more people through their showroom.
